Sure we have lots of GT cars....what about a special japanese car (i own one) the HONDA INTEGRA TYPE R !
Bring back the Mini Cooper!!! One of the best cars in Race 07 and was available in early beta as a competition
After the great Daytona Rolex 24 h as successor of the Daytona Prototype: Cadillac DPI Mazda DPI Nissan DPI
It would be great to have some classes filled by some missing cars: - Group 5 : BMW 2002 turbo, BMW M1 turbo, De Tomaso Pantera, Ferrari 512 BB/LM, Ford Escort Zakspeed Turbo, Lancia Beta Monte Carlo, Toyota Celica Turbo - GTO Classics : Chevrolet Camaro, Chevrolet Corvette, Mazda RX-7, Mercury Cougar XR-7, Mercury Merkur XR4Ti, Oldsmobile Cutlass, Toyota Celica - Touring Classics : Jaguar XJ-S, Rover Vitesse But theses new classes would be fantastic: - 50's sports racing cars (Jaguar D-Type, Aston Martin DBR-1, Lister-Jaguar...) - 60's GT (Ferrari 250 GTO, Jaguar E-Type, Cobra Daytona...) - Sport 5.0 (Porsche 917, Ferrari 512, Lola T70...) - Group 2 - Group C
Yes please, and after the Daytona the Mazda license should be pretty cheap no? Cadillac probably deserves a sand and sack weave livery because oh boy, sandbagging.
The old BPR Global GT could be a good series. Multiple manufacturers, some oddball cars, and fills the gap from older GT cars to the modern GT3 cars. Licenses? Well: Marcus LM600 Bologna F40 LM Nelumbo Nucifera Esprit V8 GT1 BMW F1 GTR Callaway Corvette LM600 (who would care?) Stuttgart 911 GT2 EVO De Tomato Piraya
The first picture in my RR news feed is a Porsche with the RaceRoom logo on its rear wing. One can dream (It's the new ADAC GT livery of Herberth Motorsport)
What i would really love to see is some classic 80's and 90's supercars, such as my childhood dream, Lamborghini Diablo, or classic Ferrari's like the Testarossa or 328. they probably drive like crap, but they're gorgeous!
Actually all the cars in the pictures would be welcome; both the Mini, Abarth and Alpine. Or any other 1960s / early 1970s cars like the Ford Escort, Lotus Cortina, Alfa Romeo GTA, BMW 2002 etc. Probably not a number one priority, but these things are really nice for us nostalgic completionists.
