Got it and there is an improvement. The command UI window does not show any errors but the control device still has the errors...basically e is undefined. I get nothing in the control screen except the linkicon for #trackmap and the selector on the right side for the Generic, DTM or TT themes. 9/21/17 I would really like to get this working. I have had no response to this message so I will add some info. Attached I have included the webui screenshot and the device screen I get... also inclosed is the error I get on an Android device.
Hello, i will try to make some changes on the overlay. Here https://github.com/sector3studios/r3e-spectator-overlay is described how to inspect it on chrome. I have found a random one on my pc, but with this the inspector only shows an Apple discailmer. Where i can find the right file? Or is it required to build Chronium to get the right devtools_resources.pak? ...or i am completly on the wrong path?

Hmm, sad to hear that spectator in replay is such a problem. The old GPL carried a crap load od data in the replays. this extended the enjoyment beyond the racing for me. it felt even more like real racing with the recorded telemerty

Look in the attachements of the first post. There is a file attached. The start.bat is contained in that file.
My league has was delighted by this possibility and the resulting live streaming. do not underestimate this possibility as a direct support, it is a devastating plus to the game and versus other sims. thank you!!!
What we need now is to have the maker of "Crew Chief" to create an auto commentate for it!!!!!! Maybe even 2 different voices with a bit of banter!

The START bat file is crashing. - downloaded fromt the front page at this article I Really whish here could be annonced with a verson name, and a message about when there are new updated verson. Mine has not worked the last months.. - IS there another place to download the Spectator & Overlay?
Worked now, after moving it outside of MY Documents.... "Too long filenames".. - Strangely the Camera buttons did not work... As have been a problem during loong time... Anybody ells having that problem??
CHANGING CAMERA - still does not work. We even tried changing from the external notebook to the second monitor on our Gamer/Spectator.. - No difference. Cannot change camera angle. We are using the "latest Spectator". We had simular problems with the earlier Spectator, when the camera just changed to any other angle that we choosed. - This time NO of the CAMERA VIEW worked...
I assume you are talking about the car cameras (front, rear, cockpit, dash, etc). Some older content hasnt been updated yet to use the latest onboard cameras. It should work with all the latest content. What cars did you Try @Stonehard ?
OK? I Just testet the first server with a lot of cars running. It was the SILOUTTE Cars, i guess they are quite old.. I will test again now with another class then. ID did not know these settings belonged to a car class... PS: The Linke to the Silouettte does now work here http://game.raceroom.com/store/cars/silhouette-series
