In Portimao (I don't know if in all tracks), when a driver has an accident and go out of track, he is inmediatly penalty with a drive-through. This penalty is not fair.
Deal with it, the whole life isn't fair! Better try don't be a part of an incident, I had also some same situations. It's an computer he see only u cut the track to many he can't decide it's your fault or not in games u ain't have an live race commission!
Looking at the replay I'd say try driving in a straight line when over taking and make sure your clear before moving back on the racing line, (try using crewchief) as for the cut track, well yes you did big time, yes it was due to a incident but the game is not going to beable to recognize the difference.
In this case there isn't much you or I can do, it's simply down to the fact that the server host decided to use a drive-thru as his penalty of choice for track cutting events, and not f.e. a slow-down.
I think the game should wait a few seconds to decide if driver get advantage (0,5seg) due to offtrack.
Actually, it does. As you can see you only got those penalties once you returned to the allowed driving surface. The problem is that the game can only compare to a certain reference time, the time it would take to drive that section of the track regularly (not off-track).
