I hope for some ‚classic‘ and well known tracks from the wish list, too... but I think it’s more likely that the missing tracks from the WTCR license will show up next...
oh yeah ... would be great : - Avus 1998 - Hockenheimring 2001 - Schleizer Dreieck 2003 - Spa-Francorchamps 1978 - Monza 1971 - ... ... still waiting for the "FR 1 classic" cars ... I hope not ... a lot of insignificant missing tracks on the list (for me): Circuit International Automobile Moulay El Hassan - missing Hungaroring - checked Nürburgring Nordschleife - checked Circuit Zandvoort - checked Circuito Internacional de Vila Real - missing Autódromo Termas de Río Hondo - missing Ningbo International Circuit - missing Wuhan Street Circuit - missing Suzuka Circuit - checked Guia Circuit - checked (disagree prepared )
I don’t disagree with you. I wonder who decided on which tracks the races of the WTCR will take place. In my opinion most of the tracks are not very appealing, to put it in a nice way (and you marked the right ones)... I just think, it would make sense for S3 to release those...
The greatest thing about R3E (except how it drives) is that it stays true to the series it represents. I definitely would love to see the missing tracks of the WTCR, even if they are not what I would have asked for otherwise.
You’re right. I would really like to have some really, personally missing tracks within R3E... on the other hand, I’m also looking forward to tracks I don’t know from other sims, tracks I’ve never driven on before.
Some of the Swedish tracks look to be club style, which are cool. I would propose some of these club style tracks located in the USA. Blackhawk Farms, South Beloit, IL Gingerman Raceway South Haven, MI NCM (National Corvette Museum) Motorsports Park Bowling Green, KY Two of several configurations Corvette Racing uses this track for testing as some of the turns were fashioned after Circuit de la Sarthe Spring Mountain Motorsports Park Pahrump, NV One of several configurations Autobahn Country Club Joliet, IL
Bikernieki, Riga http://www.bksb.lv/images/configuracijas/auto-aplis.jpg Don't have 3 favorites but this would be a great gift for the country as it is celebrating its 100th anniversary. for closer look it's season opening in 12/13 May in this track with DEWALT grand Prix.
I agree with Ducman, I like club tracks, Swedish tracks are similar to many smaller American and Australian tracks. For now, my top 3 would be: 1. Virginia International Speedway 2. Phillip Island 3. Gotland Ring
1. Magny-cours (France) 2. Interlagos (Brésil) 3. Catalunya (Espagne) 4. Jacques Villeneuve (Canada) 5. Sakhir (Bahreïn) 6. Sotchi (Russie) 7. Circuit des Amériques (USA) 8. Motegi (Japon)
A more general wishlist: 1. All the American tracks you can find 2. All the Australian/NZ tracks you can find 3. All the British tracks you can find (far too few British tracks in RR!) Disclaimer: And more left field EU tracks that aren't raped by other games. Avoid mainstream tracks that are a dime a dozen, like any F1 track or wide runoff EU/Asian track.
Yeah, that would be great, another club style track. It's also literally just 18 km from Sector 3 studios, I would think it would be cheap to visit...
What I loved about mircroprose F1GP was the we were able gear up and down with the same key depending if we were braking or accelerating. I play on a keyboard and it is slightly impossible to use manual gearbox without a steering wheel. I'm wondering why this interaction model has disappeared since then.
