Were they maybe old sessions from the past?

Some images might help me to understand as it could be many things. When you search for sessions what do you see? Are there session files on your harddisk as seen below?

    Hello, Stefan,

reinstalled everything again, now I can operate the Taps.
But when I click on the image for the location of the telemetry data, the Atlas folder is always selected and I cannot switch it to SessionLogs.

I did not ask you to change the Telemetry folder data, just wanted to see if there are any session log files in the folder. I think you mean Tabs and not Taps right?

I see that the web site was installed in the Session Logs folder which is wrong. Maybe you should delete everything including the folder in program data and re-install. However like this you will loose all the dash you created and all telemetry files.

At this point, I am not sure where you are having the problem. Are the tabs now working and the web dash etc too?

That would not be a clean uninstall.

Both from apps screen within Windows or from the unistall exe file within the folder..
I guess the dll file mentioned in the error log is the issue.

genteert.dll is not part of my software, your computer seems to either be infected or something else. I also googled about this genteert.dll and could not find what exactly it is.

I suggest you scan your computer for viruses/malware!

I deleted the file and I was able to uninstall your app.
    Go figure what happened.
I did a full scan with MCAfee and it not detect any malware luckily .

    Thanks for the support anyway

    Hello Stefan,

Do you know if Live Timing in HTML is being developed for dedicated servers?

As far as I know, it's not currently possible as sector3 doesnt expose data on the server side.

It could work if using some 3rd party software, I mentioned in some post in this thread. The log excel sheets are for Atlas, you need to check in the folder SessionLogs to see if its generating session longs.

Also make sure you are using the Web Application Local (settings on the app), Remote which is using dash.proracing.club wont work.

Is there a possibility to compare two different laps of the same session? I think there are more laps saved but only the last lap can be chosen. I already used "Local" but I only can choose Lap 17. Is one of my settings wrong or what do i have to change to get it running?

All your settings look correct. And yes, you can compare 2 laps:

    1. Go to tab "Analyse Laps Real Time"
    2. Click on Load Session to choose your laps
    3. Click on the Seach icon to load the session of the laps you want to compare. In this case, you choose the same session

Ah sorry, now I saw the image where you compared the laps. Hmm, seems like either a bug or an issue with raceroom where only lap 17 was recorded. Hard for me to say if I dont see the file.

The files are in the folder SessionLogs, if you manage to find it and send it to me I can take a look at it.
