I'm using " the Dark Side" (and I'm very happy with it):

It has a hit on FPS though, but I guess it will improve in time.

And I also use "the Wet Side" (fairly happy with that too)

It's not ideal, but it is surely doable...

    Looks promising.
Good thing that the cockpit does not get lit up too much when a car is behind you with blazing headlights (like it is now).
But I do hope (since this is still pre alpha) they'll get rid of all the Kunos/AC/thrustmaster billboards. Since ACC will not accept mods (who take care of these things), it would be a shame to have these unrealistic signs all over the place.

Kunos does not actively support mods for ACC, different to AC, due to the license obligations of theirs. What modders could achieve all by themselves is somethign different. Kunos does also not engage in actively hindering mods.

Its just that modders will be all alone with the challenge. No support and no answers to questions this time.

Kunos said they consider it difficult to mod ACC if even Kunos themselves struggle with finding out how to achieve what with the U4E. For modders it then must be even more difficult.

way to early for that I'd say... in the final product you should expect a similar performance like in AC. But at the moment the game it self isn't optimized and things like LOD, shadows and some Textures look a bit reduced to increase the actual performance for the pre alpha.

New car, new skin, LM at night.
Screenshop from replay, so not really the best quality, but it gives an idea... :D

Have to say that what makes me worry about is the AI quality. If it wil be AC standard I'll pass it.

Luca has written this - LINK - short report on his experiences with driving the ACC build they have shown at Misano. He points out that some of the stuff they do in the physics and online department is revolutionary, or in his words: "titanic".

And according to this - LINK - article, the release of the game (full verison 1.0), will not be this year, but next year. Which does not really surprise me, AC's Early Access program ran for 8 or 9 months, and we already enter the 7th month of this year. They also have the license not just for 2018, but 2019 as well, so that makes sense.

Plot is thickening that ACC will be released (in EA) in September. Rumours that are, but rumours based on reports in Italian media.

Summer ends on Septembre 23rd, so technically the prophecy still would be true... :)
