Hey guys! Probably some of you met with this 4 years ago. 4 years have gone, a lot of things have changed, new softwares came, old ones gone, and it's time to make another survey. If you have 2 minutes free time, please fill out the following form. The survey is fully anonym, so you don't need any e-mail address. You can find the form here: Survey about simracing & habits - 2018 The results will be available for everyone. This is NOT an academical survey, it's just a simple survey, which is started by my curiosity. (And as I got a lot of feedbacks from the previous years, people are curious about this topic too.) If you have any questions, feel free to ask. The closing date of the survey is: 30th September 2018. Thank you very much in advance for your help!
can you make the last question contain a "none of the above" as i wouldnt vote for any of them as i dont watch any of them . Andi
225 responses so far, an the deadline is still so far away. Thank you guys, keep up to fill the form!
don't know why you would want my opinion, but I filled it out anyway so take my answers with a grain of salt
Hello guys! I'm really sorry about that late results - I did not forget it, but unfortunately, I was extremely busy in real life and I did not have enough time to make the results. But today, I was able to finish it - so you can see the results here! Simulator Form 2018 - Results What do you think about the results? Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
75% of the those surveyed play on-line - this doesn't fit well with other statistics out there. Still for a survey aimed at league players this probably doesn't matter. Logitech is the most popular wheel by a good margin. Although I'm a Logitech user myself you kind of get the impression from forums/youtube chat Thrustmaster had taken over - but possibly not. Interesting. I'm staggered that people think Nicki Thiim represents simracing so well - I find him incredibly irritating and for a professional racing driver - very unprofessional. But I'm probably too old to appreciate him
Online players are more likely to follow the forums and thus be aware of the poll in the first place. So that's part of the explanation. Right there with ya, mate. I find him funny for about 5 minutes, then he just becomes annoying.
