Last week we announced the GTR4 class becoming available with the next update. And today we have more good news. The Lotus Evora GT4 will join the KTM Xbow GT4 and Porsche Cayman Clubsport GT4 on the grid! The Evora GT4 by British car manufacturer Lotus cars combines a lightweight chassis with a powerful 350+ HP engine. It also has an excellent aerodynamic package making it a very competitive choice. The car complies with GT4 race regulations. It raced at the Dubai 24 hours, Silverstone 1000km, Sepang 12 hours, Bathurst 12 hours and various GT championships around the globe. The GTR4 class including the KTM Xbow GT4, Porsche Cayman Clubsport GT4 and the Lotus Evora GT4 will become available with the next patch!
Pay attention Princess, quite a bit been announced already regarding feature improvements, you're even gonna be getting your GT3 car picker allegedly, not to mention some older content getting a refresh, plenty going on. Just wondering if the Lotus is the promised surprise, defo a surprise but is it the surprise, be surprised but then I'm meant to be, so none the wiser and twice as confused!
Careful... As far as I remember the SP car selector was not announced for the next patch, but for one of the next patches. It was also said that the functionality is there for quite some time already, at least in the event version of RR. It could even be seen in action in a livestram by @Georg Ortner quite some time ago. And the delay for our Steam version was not so much about the functionality not being developed, but it was about the necessity of a proper GUI for it, which also didn't exist inside the event version so far. So, as much as I'd like to be proven wrong here, I wouldn't hold my breath for the car selector for this upcoming patch.
Are you into my mind or what, guys? I just dusted off my OG Forza Horizon copy and was about to comment if you can ask the good people at Cyan for the Lotus Evora GT4 since you are going there for the Lynkco. Pretty cool.
If this is all for GT(R)4 class, then I'm a bit disappointed. We've been waiting for them for how long? 1,5 year? And we only get 3 cars. I hope it will be filled fairly quickly with rest of a pack. Of course I don't expect every single car that is homologated for GT4, but at least couple more of those more popular, although I appreciate some of those more unique ones. For now, I'm probably choose Cayman as my main car, though that Cyan Evora looks quite sexy
