Thank you for the note with the resolution. Now everything works fine. I just changed the resolution to another format, exited the game, started it again and then it worked. After this I reset the new resolution to my old one without any issues. It seem to be a graphics file problem ...
Something I noticed with the X-17 at Road America when going from 6th to 7th gear the speed begins to decrease at default settings. Is this a gas savings gear now?
Started with fresh Profiles and still, the sensitivity on high speed, even if i set my wheel to 1080 wheel range with a lock of 13° i just barely move my wheel for 1-2cm and the car spins out - Most noticeable on the GT2 and the GT4 class Cars Did some further testing and if i go rpm limit in 5th gear, holding throttle and shift up, i would guess i could shift down instantly as the speed and rpm not changed, but i can't i need to lower the rpm another 1000-1500 rpm before i am able to shift down. It is nearly impossible to keep the tension in the Porsche now, which is really needed in that car. Braking from High speed without the Engine brake power is a mess. And again please dont get me wrong, this is not crying, i just want to know if it is maybe a bug or if this is a wanted behaviour now?
Hello there? Can someone from S3 explain in detail which changes in BoP have been made, please? Changing BoP without any explanation, deleting leaderboards..and that´s it? No more information for us? Could you pls provide more details. Thank you!
Ahhh, string theory.................................................................. as in how long's a piece of string! Believe a selector for the GT3 class will be the first thing to land. @JFChardon mentioned something along those lines in his recent stream.
They were wrong before because I hadn't got the latest documentation. All correct now. Not sure about the smoking tyres, can you post a video please?
DSP is set to 250 RPM below the rev limiter, as per Porsche documentation. What that means in this car is that a gear shift down is not allowed until the revs in the next selected gear will be 8250, given that the limiter is 8500. Now, if it's not working like that you may of found a bug.
That's a great useful information! Something like: it's not been in the past, it is not today, so it must be in the future I should rather give up...
Did I miss something in the release notes regarding Rank in the Leaderboards? I don't recall seeing it before.
Did I miss something in the release notes regarding Rank in the Leaderboards? I don't recall seeing it before. That would be awesome to be able to see how you rank based on assists used as well as whether a default setup is used. Taking it a step further, cumulative time, or an average..or both based on ten laps or something like that may be cool to see the racers that are consistently fast.
Well, J-F said they're busy finalising the Porsches that are yet to come, so I think that's going to be the next update. Everything else will probably come after that.
Murrica! Yea, I love the BMW too (and the Vette and Ruf and the GT4 cars), but since everyone's talking about the bimmer, I thought I'd have to spend the Cadillac some love. Great car/track combination btw.
Gearing is definitely 100% correct, but there are other factors at play, such as the tyre circumferance which isn't the same for all the R8 onboard videos you will see. 10mm more diameter of a rear tyre can make 10-15kph difference in top gear. The smoke I can fix, thanks for bringing it to my attention.
