Ok. What's the new name of the CS class now? Also, if it's different from what I purchased (ie. GT4 CS), why is the MR priced only for a few cents, like the price of a new livery only? Is that accurate?

Because the car has the same base (the exterior is pretty much the same), you get a discount if you already own one of the two models. :)
    It's the same for the P4/5 competizione in GTR2 & GTR3 class

It will depend a bit if they turn out to be popular, but J-F said they've a license for at least one more GT4 car. So if there's enough interest in the class, chances are good we'll see some more GT4 cars.

I would love to see more GT4’s. Very clever class to sharpen your racecrafts and just overall super enjoyable to drive!

Chris Haye has a look at the package. I must say I totally and completely agree with everything he says, just everything. Right up to the point. Myself I have had first test runs with the cars, and the GT4 feels like a true fun class, I had very close racing, the field stuck together, plenty of fights and action everywhere. The AI's capability to show individual driving and rumbling with other AIs and all without player'S presence, I must admit leaves that of AC in the starting block. And that of any other racing game I know from trying myself as well. - Very pleasant, alive, agile package, like the WTCR already, this one will pull my attention away from the GT3 cars. And as I said earlier: all three cars indeed are "little stings"! :)

Oh, and VR users, lock-to-horizon works perfectly, and can be tuned to your liking in two axis. Great relief.

Must say though, that this is the first time that I now have experienced several bumping incidents myself, too, namely at Sachsenring and Zandvoort. Side by side with the AI, staying together, and comes the turn the AI bumps my side, falls off too the side, and returns and slams again - up to three times in a row if the turn is long enough. Never had that so frequently and often, definitely feels as if something got broken in the process of tuning the AI there. I was not hit from behind, but on my side doors, it always was door-to-door impacting. also not as hard as if I would lose control, and spin out, but I had to react to stay in control, and it was more than the usual chassis kissingand paint caressing that I occasionally had before and which i do not complain about at all, since I see it as part of racing. Needs to be looked at.

The BOP in the GT4 class between the Porsche and the Lotus is very good.
I did a 2m 09.898 on Nurburgring GP with the Porsche and a 2m 09.927 with the Lotus after 2 sessions with each car.
    That's pretty close.

In Spa its also very close between the Porsche and the Lotus, the KTM falls a little bit behind, because of it's lack of topspeed.

I did now 3 60 minute races against the AI in Spa, and those cars are so nice inside a pack. For close racing they are perfect.

For single racing or leaderboard they are okay, but almost to boring for my opinion.

The only thing wrong with the new GT4's is the KTM on a standing start, maybe just a tad to much turbo lag..

It's better if you don't go too high in rpm ;)
    That's what I experienced today....
3/4 seemed good, at least way better than full charge :)
Now, I'm waiting for M4, 570S, Audi, AMG, Alpine, Ginetta :p:rolleyes:

Last info was @Sector3 wants to convert the Carlsson from that most unattractive RRE Series :) into a GT4 compatible one (McLaren-Merc too ?)
Due to Hardware issues I just had a few laps with the new GT4 and I'm quiet impressed, very easy going cars, nice physics, but nonetheless highly immersive . Would love them for some events either as standalone or as part of a fine multiclass grid..
Quiet relaxing compared to the nervous state-of-the-art-beasts like DTM 13-16 - maybe I#m gettin' old....;)

I'm not a fan of these fantasy conversions, I'd rather have less cars than fake cars
