i am getting what appears to be clutch slip, sometimes when I accelerate out of a corner I lose a bit of traction and it sounds like clutch slip with high revs and no motion? Any one else getting this for the last week or so?

Can you name which cars you're experiencing this with please?

We've identified and resolved this issue with some cars and the fix should be in the next patch.

    Taking off in NSU...
Man if clutch damage was implemented nobody would make it to T1 lol, would be so fun if we had to do it manually. Just starting the race would feel like already winning it :)

It also happened to me few days ago with the BMW 320 Turbo. I got major clutch slip at Zandvoort just after Tarzan while upshifting from 2nd to 3rd.

@Gazza KTM RR or the GT4?

Is it like the Audi GTO where the RPM's rise suddenly when you shift and then start hitting the limiter very quickly? I have only seen this in the Audi GTO (fixed in the next patch) and the Nissan Skyline R32 in the past, which was fixed a while ago, but havn't seen it in the KTM RR/GT4 or the 320 Turbo which I drive a lot. If you have any videos it would be very useful.

Sorry, yes it was the KTM RR, exact same problem I get, also in the Audi R8 LMS, the BMW M6 GT3.

I ran a good few laps with the NSU, 320 Turbo & KTM RR just now and couldn't reproduce the clutch slipping issues on either auto-clutch or manual. I presume that you have the clutch pedal bound? I have seen issues with this before when a clutch pedal wasn't bound.

Can you try verifying files on steam and send on a video of what behavior you are seeing? If you could have the in-game input meter turned on when recording it will help too.

I've been doing some races in gr5 capri for last few days and here's what i found.
It's actually a realistic clutch behaviour.
I noticed that when i do the shifts properly and let the clutch go before i stamp on the throttle all is good. But if im too early on the power it will slip.
Are you guys shifting without lifting by any chance?
Try bang shifting on dogboxes in game. No slip whatsoever. Im led to believe it's just a realistic drivetrain behaviour which is awseome, it would be even better if the clutch would overheat punishing bad technique with immobile smoking lump of metal sitting on the grass.

    @milewski.lukasz Could be the issue.

@Beastux Does the same happen still when you take your foot completely off the throttle? Looking at the inputs, the throttle was still at least 80% applied during your shift.

It may be the reason, I have to try (but not this evening, I drove the clutchless P2s ;)).

But I had the clutch slip when I initially posted, in fact it’s like the car is out of gear!

Same same on the Lotus Evora around Bathurst....

OK, I have a theory... but need advice

Lotus Evora over Mount Panorama, coming through some of the slower corners get the power down on the exit and the engine revs but transmission doesn't bite....

Theory goes like this.... Rear anti-roll bar is set to stiff, a wheel is lifting and with no LSD I get a bag full of revs but no go-go until the wheel has traction again....

Am I on the right track? (no pun intended)

Lighten up the anti-roll bar soften up the springs or am I missing something?

    Any pointers welcome...
