    Hi all,

The last couple of days my wheel is living it’s own life on straights. When I slightly loosen the grip of my hands the wheel goes rapidly out of controll by turning left and right in an increasingly speed.

I really don’t know which setting I must alter to make this stop. I don’t know exactly when this behaviour started but I think after a wheel firmware update but I can’t tell exactly if that is the case.

Anyone here experience the same or knows a solution?

Check what the 'DRI' setting is on your wheel, if that is higher than something like -2 it makes the wheel almost completely without damping, which makes it prone to oscillations

Yeah was set to off but normally I use -2 I now have it set to -5 and the wheel is still oscillating but within the limits.
Strange there is a need to set it to -5.. I never had this before.

Nope Min Force is still set to 0%.

Yes also but that was no problem before. (I changed the FFB steer force grip weight= to 0.75) It looks like it has something to do with new firmware of the wheel-base because I have the same in Project Cars 2.

you can try sending that back up to 1.0 just incase its interfering with the new fanatec driver
