    Hello,

I have a reoccurring problem with total crashes or page freezes in 3 particular parts of the game, these first raised their head following watching a replay 2 weeks ago, after watching the replay and pressing to quit to the menu the game crashed and then nothing would load (raceroom)

I restarted the PC and Raceroom would load but with new issues

    Example one:
when exiting to desktop huge freeze for around 20 seconds before the game will eventually close (task manager occasionally says program not responding but it catches up eventually)

    Example 2:
When clicking to drive in a online or offline session the game freezes, FPS counter states around 150fps but the GPU and CPU are idling and suddenly the game will jump back to life a good 15 seconds later, if i return to the pits and repeat the sound will freeze along with the image, occasionally online will kick me back to multiplayer server selection.

    Example 3:
Launching the game itself from steam is very slow

I have included the crash dump file with this for info.

Until 2 weeks ago the game was working flawlessly, that is until i attempted to watch a replay, as for system changes i have made none.

    My System details are:

    CPU - Intel I7 8700K

GPU - EVGA GTX 1060 SSC

    Ram - 16GB Corsair vengance ddr4

    Motherboard -ASUS Z370 Plus TUF

I have also verified the steam files, and re installed the game.

Myself and a friend have spent a few hours a few nights ago trying all reasonable solutions using forum posts and have had no luck. Also is there any way to clear all Steam launch options apart from simply deleting them out of the text box?

I also have a video showing my issues:

    Many thanks in advance

    David

Have you added a shared network drive anywhere on your system?

Interesting the the GPU seems to drop to zero, in sync with those delays.

Have you updated or changed GPU drivers recently?

How about looking in the task manager when this happening, if you can.

Perhaps some other process is hogging the system?

I'm wondering if this could be linked to the recent update?

It was deployed on April 4th and you say that this problem appeared just around that time.

Have you tried verifying integrity of the game files through steam?

Hello and thanks again for your help, I have verified the files and all appears ok, tonight i entered a league race and it kicked me when it froze on the grid so i am getting a bit fed up. I have spent hours practivcing for the race and trying to fix this issue just to be kicked by the game fault.
