Well usually i run 3840x1080@100hz with all graphics set at high bar contact shadows and shadows in medium, usually my 2080 usage was around 60%...after this driver update ive gone back and forth with the settings and the gfx card sits on the 97 to 99 usage to produce the previous 100fps... not reaching them unless i drastically lower the settings... other games like AC/ACC/iRacing remain the same GPU usage...am at a loss here anyone else that updated to these drivers on a RTX card experiencing the same issue?

Are you using Riva Tuner? So could you switch it off and try again?

BTW, I know you've already tried without Afterburner, but just to be sure, check that your power limit or temperature limit for your GPU in Afterburner are not set incorrectly. On more than one occasion, after a driver update, these settings got out of whack for some reason and I only found out when I started wondering why my GPU's performance is suddenly lower in certain games (while seemingly perfectly fine in others).

And I'm not sure if simply closing Afterburner restores these to correct values, they might be "stuck" even after you exit it.

(The reason I'm saying it is because I just noticed this was apparently once again the case for me as well following the install of 436.02 driver...)

I had a similar effect with ACC and these drivers, I lost alot of fps, tried alot of things, and was about to give up, but tried one more thing, uninstalled ACC, then done the same thing with the nvidia drivers, done a clean install of the 436.02 then reinstalled ACC and all my fps came back plus a few extra..

yeah already reverted back to 431 and the FPS are back... also, noticed that with the new ones on Raceroom the boost clock never fires up to the usual 2010Mhz, stays at 1515Mhz and load at 99% with 100 capped FPS..... weird stuff! will try also DDU them and reinstall the last ones as a final test....
