Hello to all, New to sim racing and so far having a blast with R3E. Teaching this old(er) dog new tricks is a daunting task but I like to learn new things and meet new people. Hopefully before too long I will be confident enough to join some club racing but for now just going to stay on Wittmann’s tail and see if I can catch him at the turn
Been a sim racer for a few years now, but new to RaceRoom since the Black Friday sale. This sim is really addicting, especially since the update. Outstanding work. Keep it coming.
Hi all, been hovering around the forum for some time & been enjoying RaceRoom for around 18 months now so thought it time I signed up. Started sim racing around 15 years ago & being an older guy I am mainly into the historic cars so have spent most of my time on GT Legends (which I still race at SROUK) and the Power & Glory mod for GTR2. So most of my RaceRoom time is spent on the older cars, Group 5, Touring Classics, DTM92 etc, but also enjoying GTR3 & 4 & WTCC cars. It's a great sim & would be perfect with more historic content. Hint hint!
I too am enjoying both the DTM and WTCC cars. I haven't mastered the Touring Classics yet. Which TC is your favorite?
Of the Touring Classics, I really get on well with the Volvo & in DTM92 the Opel is my favourite. Last few days I have been racing the NSU on the ranked server & that is also becoming one of my favourite cars, just needs some similar cars to race against, a Mini & an Abarth would be great if the devs are reading this. If anyone would like some online league racing with the older cars, check out SROUK, they will be running 3 alternating series on Thursdays starting on January 2nd. The 3 series are for Group 5, DTM92 with Touring Classics & NSUs. Link in next post.

About me: I take part in amateur rallies and sometimes Time Attack events, but due to the current epidemic plus my new car being a Work In Progress, I got back into sim racing (used to do a quite a bit of it some time ago). Discovered the WTCR Competitions and got addicted apparently . See you on the leaderboards! And on server 3 of the Slovakiaring round of the WTCR races
