Yesterday I decided to take the Skyline GTR (Touring Classic) for a drive at the Nordschleife VLN and did a 9:25 which, in-game, I was informed it was the leaderboard track record. However when you check on the portal site, there's 2 faster times which must've been done with the old physics, an 8:24 and an 8:46. My lap wasn't particularly good but it really wasn't that bad either!
The problem has already been mentioned here and the Aquila, Silhouettes and Touring Classics leaderboards should be reset with the next update.
