49" Gaming monitor CHG90 - Support

It was really easy-peasy, so it should be possible.

 

This is great. It worked. I have my vertical FOV at 0.6x. Looks really good. Does anyone know if this can also be done to other racing games, eg rfactor 2/AMS2 etc?

 

I did some tests at 21: 9 and 3840x1080 and play around with perspective but have no stretched image issue.
can you explain your test and put a screenshot

 

Ok, so the problem is marginal. It turned out I was running in windowed mode when I discovered this. In windowed mode 21:9 does not work properly for 32:9 resolutions, because the image stretches once you use the perspective shift. In fullscreen and borderless it works just fine.

Hi need some help.

Trying to get as little distorsion as possible on my Samsung C49G95 R1000.
Have set 32:9 and 5120*1440p as resolution in the game.
Start up parameters:
-triScr 60 +3 40 35 0 40 35 0 23 40 35 0 23

Not there yet...


Any tips?

 

if you have only one 49" monitor you cannot have TriScr parameter. Remove it and it will fix your issue.

Here how it looks with FOV 0,6 32:9 and 5120*1440 and no TriScr:



That look even more distorted, that why i wanted to try the triple screen parameters.
I can fix it in ACC so i guess it must work in R3E aswell just need to find the correct parameters

 

For that you probably now only need play with FOV.

 

Yeah will test with diffrent FOV and single screen; maybe I can get used to the distortion in the edges.

This is may last attempt with -triScr 55 +3 39 34 0 39 34 0 23 39 34 0 23.

The game craches. Does not help to delete graphics_config.xml

 

I have a 49" 3840x1080 and I use webmenu and I don't have issue

It's better than ever.
