I have been playing with Mercedes 190E Evo II DTM with my Logitech G29 wheel. One thing I noticed is that I don't need to press my clutch for down shifting. I set my default transmission to be Manual, and I did set it to Manual before the race. Let me be even more clear, I am not able to up shift without pressing my clutch, but for some reason, I can down shift whenever I want without using the clutch. Has this happened to someone here before? I have the same problem with NSU TTS as well. Is this a bug? If not, how can I get this resolved?
Looks to be behaving as I'd expect. You can downshift without the clutch and it'll go in gear, but the driven wheels lock momentarily and there's slight gearbox damage. Can you share a video (youtube) of what you're experiencing?
Thanks for your response. As you can tell I am a noob, I think that is what happened. I thought I won't even be able to downshift without the clutch.
