Telemetry SecondMonitor (Timing & status App)

Thank you. Everything is working we tested it yesterday. We put the wrong ip adress and now with the right it started to work fine.

 

Tested today and worked with ACC and initially worked with AC but then stopped and even restarting both did get to reconnect to AC.

Also is possible to have the track map line wider as look very thin to me?

Edit: found app somehow got disabled.

 

experimented a bit with the rating system, but data that is in now isn't correct due to the races I did without paying attention to result.
Can i reset this data to start from scratch?

can you tell me what the damage report is about?

what does the number stand for?

 

You can either delete everything in SecondMonitor\Ratings\ this will reset all rating.
Or, you can selectively reset rating for individual classes. When you are driving any class, select a difficulty you would like reset to, and preset the rollback button next to the difficulty. This will reset the rating to the selected difficulty.

That depends on sim. For most of them it is the number the sim provides for that particular vehicle "subsystem" (aero, engine, transmission, brakes). On range 0 to 100.

For AMS/RFactor 2 it is converted to 0 - 100 range. As there the sims report corner of car damaged + impact severity.

Since the version 8.5.0, broadcast doesn't work properly

As you can seen on my screenshot, I have communication between client and server but on client timing UI, I have no information (not connected). I use direct wire between main computer and laptop and that's works fine before update.

Have you got any tips?

I have revert to 8.4.0 and that's works fine. So, I think that new brodcasting need improvement. Let me know if you needs more informations, logfiles or something like that.

 

Same by me. The broadcasting doesnt work well since 8.5.0, but im shure you will fix it. @Winzarten your tool ist so great thanks a lot

What's this "managerplugins.exe" from second monitor that Malwarebytes scanned as malware? This is the first time I saw.

 

It is a false positive, could you please report it to malwarebytes? I've tried several times. but everytime they require information I cannot provide (product, virus db version etc.)

The app itself is used for configuring i.e. connection settings. Not all of these settings are yet in the main application.

When I was in the 'telemetry viewer' and tried to add another one (by clicking on the +), it said "loading' and then just close the viewer. What did I do wrong? Thank you.

 

Never mind. After I deleted all the old telemetry log files, it's fine now.

 

Hi, I am not sure if it was discussed, I tried to go tohrough roughly half the thread and haven't found anything on this topic. In the telemetry log from the online session, is it possible to compare my laps to opponents lap in terms of throttle/brake/steering inputs? I can see the speed comparison fine, but the throttle/brake/steering are showing as flat line for the opponents.

Alternatively, if it's not possible to log these details for opponents locally, is it possible for them to capture data, and for me somehow import them and overlay them over mine?

Currently this is what I see (the brown flat lines are the opponent I want to compare myself against).
