8 gb ram must have today
GeForce 950 would be better, nvidia just announced it replaces 750 with 950 at no cost for OEM s.

I don't think that 8 gb is useful.
R3E is working with medium setting and even full setting but at 18fps with only 2 Gb on my laptop.

By the way i'm not sure that the 2300mhz RAM work with this motherboard.

What about the radeon r9 280 vs the GTX 950?

I'm currently using a gtx 750 oc and on some cases my framerate goss below 30 fps. So I will invest in a gtx 970 soon.

Beats the 950 by an inch every time, as does the R9 380 which comes at basically the same price as the 280: http://www.hartware.de/review_1857_5.html

But take into account that you need a more powerful psu to be able to run AMD cards.

If it doesn't blow the budget, get an r9 380x.
If you're not only playing R3E but other modern games as well, try getting a card with 4 GB VRAM, or you'll end up upgrading sooner then you'd need to.

The 380 is twice the price of the 280 if i'm not wrong.
    There is a 2Gb or 4Gb version.

If the source is trustworthy, I'd take it. It's a great GPU for that kinda money.

The 380X does improve performance in some aspects but overall the difference between it and the 380 isn't that great.

Nah, they run for pretty much the same now, 380 being just slightly more expensive. 280 isn't being produced anymore so the ones out there are leftovers.

    In France.
The R9 380 goes from 209 up to 250 euros with 4 Gb.

    http://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00157631.html

It does not take ddr3 2300 Mhz too.(oups mistake, it can use 2133 Mhz which is what i've planned)

I think i have to buy 1600 Mhz DDR3 and save money.

Ok. Well that's still not that much more compared to a 280 and it's worth the extra cost if you can afford it. Consider that used one.
As for mainboard you should get something with a newer chipset. The one you chose won't be able to utilize the speed of the ram you chose. MSI 970A-G43 AMD 970 is on sale at that site, you need to find something similar if you want that fast RAM I'm afraid.

Does the tower come with a power supply unit?

Jep, that's a good one and it supports the RAM you want. Green lights. :)

Yeah, hard to get something worth investing into under 600 €'s really...
With that setup you'd roughly need 350W of power. But it's not advisable to run a psu at max output constantly. So I'd get a 450-500W psu, f.e. bequiet pure power L8 500W.

The AMD FX 8320E uses only 95 watts.
