Good race. Easy for Rosberg but lots of action behind him. Vettel was wrong to blame Kvyat for the first corner incident. Totally legitimate move by the Russian driver and Seb trying to deflect blame for his mistake. Kvyat is due an apology but at least he defended himself on the podium.
now! GT Masters second race in Oschersleben: http://tv.sport1.de/player/player.php?id=s828841#_ga=1.45387041.42873363.1445378994
I have mixed feeling about the Kvyat move. He did keep allot of speed and had to go way wide after the incident. If I was in charge of giving the penalties, I would have let it slip too though. It's sort of both their fault, if you look at the aerial shot. Vettel has a big open space, but suddenly the Kvyat Raikonnen wedge appears. Vettel could haveslowed down, but braking hard in such a corner is difficult. I grant Rosberg the win of the race, I want to see him get a championship, he's such a teamplayer and motivating speaker.
You leave such a gap, another driver is entitled to go for it in my opinion. Not wishing to wheel-out the overused Senna quote again but if the Kvyat overtake is deemed a dangerous one then nobody should bother going racing at all.
