I believe it was stated at some point that they wanted to move away from the experience model and towards everything being in the base game. Whilst there are rules that haven't made it into the base yet (really hope the AI driver swaps makes it in), I applaud the approach and I like the idea of the content being done this way.
But every track of the 2015 is in the game. I liked the championship in the 2014 expirience very much. Nice flair with the pitting system. Leaving this way, it would be a big step in the wrong direction.
Here is some changes of regulations '15 http://www.adac-motorsport.de/media/dl.php?dID=2,9,892,893&fID=15480
Slovakiaring was replaced by Spa. As we have that in R3E, the tracks shouldn't be a problem in regards of an Experience pack.
I went ahead and got the whole pack considering it was $5 for owners of existing content (great deal IMO). Have not tried the other cars besides Bentley yet but I am definitely curious now after reading this thread - driving view is important to me - one reason I like DTM 92 and Volvo 240/ BMW E30 so much
I'd still rather ADAC 15 cost a bit more, but included the full Experience, or else support for all the Experience rules etc. as game options.
It's basically just the rules, AI pit stops etc. that is missing. Also not everyone will own all the 2015 tracks (I do) already, I guess.
I think, when some content (ADAC GT Masters 2015) brings nothing to me, then I do not buy it. Why then must upset about it is, I do not know. I myself think it's OK that there is no a Expirience is. It would have been nice though the Ford GT from Hockenheim, the Rowe Mercedes from the Nürburgring or the CarCollection Mercedes from Nürburgring a part of the pack was. It was already said that the Camaro had participated only one Raceweekend. He is, however, included in the pack. But that does not mean that it is a bad package. I like it very much. Thank S3S
Actually, I am fine with the value of the pack, but I am disappointedly that the one-off entries didn't make it in, especially if the AI selector is planned for (much) later in the year.
It's included because the team behind it participated in all races. They simply switched the car after the first round.
I wasn't going to buy it, since I already have SO MUCH STUFF that I still haven't begun to play with. But I made the mistake of test driving a couple of the cars. WOW what a difference. And at 81% off !?! That's the price of a couple of cars. So I had to get the whole pack.
Are the physics, handling and specs changed in some way ? My impression was they are the exact same cars with new liveries. The game files look same. I have the 2013 adac pack which is same except missing Bentley + new liveries. Or is my understanding incorrect ?
Yes, they are exactly same cars with different liveries. All GT3 cars are running same version of physics (unlike DTMs and WTCCs).
IMO it has too little grip. I'm an experienced rally driver and though I have never driven a GT3 or DTM car, my feeling is that the cars too easily spin when applying throttle compared to real life. You can watch DTM onboards and study throttle application, and try to mimic this in RRE. When I drive like they do IRL I spin. Of course this is based on my observations on video, not on personal experience. I love RRE, it's hard to drive fast, but I have a feeling that it just has a little bit too little grip with my setup.
ADAC 2015 PACK was released on 27th April 2015 ADAC 2016 PACK is released this month I visit this site more than 50times everyday
What do you expect? R8 Ultra missing (dont know how much drive the old version) Lambo missing (8 cars) AMG missing 5 cars) Porsche missing (4 cars) Corvette C7 missing (2 cars) So there 19 cars out of 32 missing. Looks relatively senseless to create a pack for this season. https://www.adac-gt-masters.de/de/starterliste/
https://www.adac-gt-masters.de/uk/autos-2016/ If there is a license of Lamborghini there is no other pleasure any more Sector3 negotiator, it is serious, but please do your best No matter how high I will buy it
