Try my settings for the DFGT (previous page), they should provide a solid baseline. The G25 and the DFGT have very similar mechanisms for FFB and the G27 is not much different.

Here is my control set for a G27 since the last patch. Profiler at 80 strength and 109 on both spring and damper - allow game to change is checked.
nice strong FFB and no oscillation

I got addicted to placebos once. lol I'll try your setup on my G27. Gotta be good!

    Thanks for sharing!

I tried it, and I like it! Thank you! It has a more rigid structure if that's the way to put it. I can feel the road more accurately and makes the cars more fun to drive. :)

The only wheel my game detects is my Thrustmaster TX.
The only profile I can choose is the G27, which I don't even have??

Delete 'devicestatistics.xml' in your documents/my games/simbin/raceroom folder and try again. The file will be recreated by the game when started. If it happens again, enable the tx wheel's profile in the device statistics file by changing both values for the tx from false to true.

That looks like a version of the TX that we may not have a default profile for.
However, there is a default profile for the "vanilla" version of the TX in the following folder: Steam\SteamApps\common\raceroom racing experience\Game\GameData\ControlSet

Copy that file and put the copy into this folder: Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\ControlSet

Open up the copied in Notepad or a similar text editor and find the line that reads 'ReadOnly = "1"'. Change the '1' into a 0 (zero) and save the file. Now this Thrustmaster TX profile should appear in the profiles list in the game.
Since it's not exactly the same controller you will need to re-assign all of the inputs, but the FFB and other Advanced Settings should be quite good.

Interesting, do you mean that it's possible some TX units have a different revision number?

It's possible. If nothing else, it may just be a different rim as the game separates controllers based on that as well.

The rim is just different. Its still a T300 base, which is all the game cares about
