Mostly enjoy the game for retro tracks and cars. Therefore, very curious what classic f1 sector3 will give us.
Interesting presentation: "In 2015 Luminis teamed up with Reiza Studios, a Brazilian development studio of racing games and simulators to create their latest racing simulation called Automobilista Motorsports Simulator. Recently released on Steam, this title puts you in the driving seat of an advanced racing simulator to deliver a uniquely diverse motorsports experience! In this talk we describe how this simulator evolved from their previous products and how various advanced new features like dynamic track conditions, tyre flat spots, air density differences and various graphics and audio effects were designed and implemented. We will also talk about how such simulations are architected, touching on all the major components and how they collaborate. Of course we will also show a lot of footage to illustrate our story and at the conference we have a professional simulator where you can try it out yourself".
Great decision because it was boring. Can we expect a Boxer cup on R3E? Porsches are pretty bad racing cars but they are sexy.
Oups sorry, among all GT cars they are the most stable and easy to drive which makes it of course the best racing car.
For those whod didn't know, CART Extreme was recently converted for Automobilista by Paul Girathon. Mod is available in RD: http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/cart-extreme.10810/ Vanport track was also released with the mod and Laguna Seca will follow soon. Fontana (Auto Club) oval is also in the works. Really, open wheel sim racing doesn't get any better. CART Extreme for GSCE was amazing and this is even better, so get it god damn it Here's also Empty Box racing with the mod:
I believe Renato helped Patrick with the conversion in this time too physics wise. I may be wrong, but Renato made or tweaked the physics for the GSCE version and as this mod is very much the same, Reiza definitely has their hand in play
