Today we will update the game with some important changes and fixes. As we have already mentioned, after the patch you will simply use your steam account to login to the game. More information about that can be found in this thread. Furthermore we will include a potential fix for the "Ping 0" issue many of you were reporting. Hopefully this will result in a much more stable Multiplayer experience. Another change will be the introduction of a "Garage Phase" just before the Race starts, giving you 60 seconds to prepare for the race, which should be enough time to change your car setup and pitstop presets. You will see a countdown in the menu and hear an acoustic signal during the last 10 seconds indicating the impending start of the race. If you are ready to race, you can click the "Drive" button at any time during this phase, and you will be put on your starting position. For drivers that failed to click drive in time, we will have an option in the dedi tool, to start from pits with X amount of seconds delay. We now also support Vibrations for the Fanatec V3 Pedals, which will work based on engine revs, brakes/ABS & Grip levels. Additionally we will include a lot of small fixes, which you will be able to find in the changelog, once the update is out. We also have some interesting content lined up for you guys. More on that in the near future
Lovely that the Garage-Phase is back loved that as it was in the game back in the days... I guess it will help those, who forgot to "refuel" after Qualy-Session ^^
Pretty nice list! The Ping 0 problem and the Garage phase are awsome to the MP champs!! And for me, supporting the V3 Fanatec is a blast! Looking forward to it! Question: What happens if the player doesn't click on the Drive button on the Garage Phase?
In Multiplayer if the player doesnt click drive what will happen? having a non-ready player on the grid in multiplayer causes chaos!
Good job. But we want new cars. Add in next update ford mustang gt3 (2010 year), Mercedes amg gt3, bmw m6 gt3, bmw m3 gtr gt2, bmw z4 m coupe gt2, nissan gtr gt1, aston martin dbr9, an maserati mc12 gt1. Many peoples want this cars.
Lol, I thought in AC was something wrong, because V3 Pedals were always vibrating but not in R3E This will be a hard time for devs and testers! You've got two days!
People, like me then. Always drive to the count is out, and on the grid waiting for the race to go green, I see a bright red gas pump in the right corner.. .
