Hi my t500 rs table clamp thread is cracked. Who know how to fix that? I can't use the 2 threads because it's the desk from my Girlfriend and I can't damage them.
https://www.engadget.com/2011/02/18/thrustmaster-t500-rs-review/ (picture under headline 'mounting and testing') Do you have this mounting system? I had a similar on my T150, with the mounting screw's lever was made of plastic and I expect this plastic part brake first. I would ask thrusmaster support to send you a new one. I read about something similar and their support helped out then...
Contact Thrustmaster. They have given me table clamps in the past at no extra cost and they should be able to help you out.
Drill a hole and then use your screw of your clip and a small Board of 20 cm with a hole in it and ready
my mount isnt my problem. My Thread inside the wheelbase is damaged and can`t never used again Next month im trying to build a new desk/Rig and then im mount that damn wheel fix on the desk.
yes of course but to use this way i need to build me a new rig because my current desk is from my Girlfriend and i guess and yes i know that she isn`t happy when im drill 2 holes in it
I agree with Deurwaerder, mounting the wheel to a platform first (using those 2 threads) and then simply clamping that platform to the table would do the trick. However, you'd need to recess the bolts into the platform so they do not contact your desk. Simply use a flat head bolt and a small countersink to create the recess so it sits below surface level. I also wondered if a HealiCoil or similar product would work? Bailey
You should use screw washer... now you are in danger that ForceFeedback will rip the screw from table
