Dear racers! Can someone be so kind and post a lap time with this car on Nurburgring fast chicane version? It seems that me and this car can't get along
Did not try this combination yet. Looking at the leaderboard, there's @BrianBosch at first place with a 2:05 at the moment...
Ssssstttt. There goes my #1 position in 3...2...1 Most of the times I'm about 1.5 - 2 seconds slower then the fastest racers.
I'm in that area, too most of the time... It often feels so quick and then you're brought back to reality watching the boards, wondering where some alien drivers gain not tenth - no, seconds!!! But I'm ok with that fact. I'm driving on my personal limit, having tons of fun doing so !!!
See : fast Denis already beat my time by 0,5 seconds. And I guess he drives with one hand and still no sweat What a joy and still so much new stuff to discover. Did not even try all three new Porsches yet. The BMW M4 and the Porsche GT2 Clubsport are so addictive. Ooh and take the DTM 92 BMW E30 to Nordschleife VLN track.
It wasn't so easy to beat your time, but this BMW is really great fun to drive and very rewarding. Edit: I did sweat!
I love the M4, and the new Cayman too. Driving them on the ring in a full packed, multi-class VLN Race and fighting for positions in the middle of the field brings me so much joy. Big win for the GT4 class.
So I have to find 0,4 seconds....I'll try the blue car tomorrow that's the fastest one In line with @fireballr18's question: stock setup or did you change a lot to set this time?
I think you (Patrick) and Brian should participate to the GTR4 @ Laguna Seca competition, the BMW M4 is really cool to drive on this track. I tried the 718 Cayman but I quickly came back to the M4 because I like the torque when you exit the curves (and there are many interesting curves at Laguna Seca!).
15 I don't like Laguna that much, perhaps because of I have never managed this track well. But it's a good activity over the holidays . Thanks for make me aware of it.
Well, I find that Laguna Seca is one of the most interesting tracks in R3E (and IRL also). Each curve is a challenge, whatever the car you choose (no need to say that the corkscrew is the biggest challenge of them all!).
