I really wpuld love to see those old F1 cars in Raceroom, like the one (Lotus 49B) Damon Hill drive this weekend at Shanghai https://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/hill-lotus-49b-shanghai/4368859/
I would like to see a lot of the cars mentioned in this thread, but one car I havent seen and would be great for a new drivers or for a fun class would be the Mx5 Cup car and Ginetta Junior. For GT3 I would like the Ferrari 458 and Lambo.
2017/18/19 gt500s remain my number one priority but the new r8 is damn sexy as well. Wouldnt mind seeing that in the game at all
I can't help myself, but after new 934 and 964 Porsches (with their awesome physics) i'm dreaming even more about having CSl in game. Being one of the most legendary racing BMW's and the one that started whole BMW Motorsport division as we know it, it really would deserve it's place in this game. For existing group 5, IMSA GTO 1975 version would fit perfectly: Or maybe even better would be 1976 version, with even wider fenders and tyres and some more power: Group 5 '76 version, having pretty much same specs as IMSA GTO 1976, would be just as good: Another option, just as fine, would be group 2, but it would require to have some new opponents (Capris, 911s etc...mmm) Anyways, i'll keep dreaming about those cars. Who knows, maybe one day...
Well now ill have to complete my list 1. 2017/18/19 GT500 2. DTM 2019 3. Audi R8 LMS Evo If i still like dtm and gt500 next year ill turn it into class 1 and gain an extra wish
Racecar suggestion … for all interested silhouette race fans: The V8-Star - The better DTM series as a retro version in R3E.
yeah … that means few work for Alex and the license team of Sector 3, because the race cars only have the external bodies / shapes of one of the following middle class cars, but without any official brand names … just perfect for a racing sim developer. Pure cost saving. Audi A6 BMW 5er Ford Mondeo Jaguar S-Type Lexus GS Opel Omega VW Passat I still hope for a revival of this series one day. Maybe when we finally get a nationwide highway speed limit of 130 km/h, so that the people develop a new interest in fast cars and racing again. That would be a real chance for the entire motorsport in our country, especially for low budget series like the V8 Star or the DTC, my old lost future plans. Feinde an den falschen Stellen, die in der Popularität und den starken Rennen der V8STAR eine Bedrohung sahen, zogen der Silhouetten-Rennserie den Boden unter den Füßen weg. ..." F**k the big business and their representatives!
As I already said in another thread (but then I couldnt post links): Lancia Beta Montecarlo https://www.racingsportscars.com/type/photo/Lancia/Beta Montecarlo Turbo.html That works livery is just beautiful! And the drivers: Walter Röhrl, Riccardo Patrese, Gilles Villeneuve, Markku Alen ....
Touring Car Classics: Must Have: Ford Sierra RS500 Need to Have: Jaguar XJ-S, Toyota Supra Turbo Nice to Have: Alfa 75 Turbo, Rover Vitesse, Maserati Biturbo GTR2: Jaguar XKR GT2 Group C: Mazda 787, Jaguar XJR 9, Sauber C9
Those Group C wouldn't align with the current Group C. You need the Mazda MXR-01, Jaguar XJR 14, and C291 or if possible the C292, which never hit the track because Mercedes was bad in the 1991 season.
today i had a dream: i opened raceroom store and there was stadium super truck for purchase dream realization hit me hard
Plus one for this. Also the TA2 series would be cool. V8 POWER. I know this sim is real life series based, but even a 'fake' V8 silhouette series would be cool with Sector 3 using there own designs of cars. Maybe they could get the Chinese to design the cars for them, they don't understand the phrase "Copyright Infringement."
