The Abarth 1000 TC being a Fiat group property, seeing it in R3E is very unlikely, which is sad as I love it. It'd be the natural competitor for the NSU in a Gr.2 class... along with the Mini
I think the old Mini would be an important one. It would be a competitor to the NSU and it is extremely popular in the UK and Europe in it's own right. For further inspiration please have a look at http://www.kampf-der-zwerge.com/
I would like to see..... Mini Cooper, Legend, Lotus 7, Caterham, Westfield, Locost, Ford Cosworth's Escorts/Sierra, 1978 Mazda RX-7 & Datsun Z, Lancia Stratos, 1987 Ruf CTR-001 Yellowbird, 1995 Mazda Miata, Citreon 2cv, TVR, Spec Racer Ford, Noble, Ultima, Lotus, Ariel Atom, Jaguar E-Type, BAC Mono, Jaguar XJ220, McLaren F1, McLaren 720S, Morgan, 1966 LOLA T-70, 1988 Ferrari GTB Turbo, Ginetta, No rush though, eh, J
This is actually wish of the new class, but here we go. How about this: combined class with best cars from ETCC/Gr2 and IMSA GT, years around 74-76. Same way as current Gr5 class mix is done in game now. But why exactly those years? -last n/a gt/touring cars before turbo era. State of the art engines with around 450+ hp, tyres very similar to what we have now in Gr4 but even wider, little bit heavier than Gr5 cars = perfect close-in racing with big fat slides, still very different than with turbo cars. Cars that are must have in this class: 1. BMW CSL 2. porsche 911 RSR 3.0 3. Ford Capri RS3100 4. & 5. From existing Gr5 class in game, Greenwood Corvette and and Chevy Monza Bopped to 74-75 specs. Maybe they could sold separately same way as Gr4 M1 at the moment? That way we could have pretty good class already with only 3 all new cars. + Theres lot's of cars awesome cars to add there later, DeTomaso Pantera and Camaro for example. Last, couple of videos and pics to get you in the mood:
About Gr.2 and Gr.4 classes, we're currently more oriented towards DRM brands and models (1976-1980 era) and we defined a list of cars we want to add in the game. Some are already finished and it shouldn't be long before they're released. For the others, things are taking much more time than expected with licensing and others details but hopefully we'll be able to add them later. About the ETCC 74' cars, we discussed them aswell, but it seemed more logical to fill our current Gr4/Gr.2/ex-DRM class first. Then, we'll see if we can go back in time and look at some Capri 2600 RS, Porsche RSR, etc
Whow, that's very good news anyhow, thanks for letting know! Will be exciting to see what cars you guys are planning Maybe some pre '76 era later.
This will probably be a very unpopular wish. In my opinion the Skyline DR30 RSX Turbo C would be a great addition to the touring car legends. I think it even fits better than the restricted R32. I just love this beautiful R30 it's so Boxy, has no aero or aerogrip und has a very powerful FJ20 under the hood. I just love raw power and missing aero. That's why I think it would be an amazing experience to wrestle this car around in raceroom.
Turns out Zakspeed built a GT3 homologized Viper to race at NLS (VLN) and 24h Nürburgring. Why have I missed that?! btw yes that is a KW sponsor sticker. Greetings
Well, to one or some of you imagine in the raceroom that they will get the FIA ETRC (European Truck Racing Championship), I fell in love with it and I would not change the simulator, they would also be one of the few simulators to put trucks
Just whilst this thread is at the top, I’m watching GT Masters from Sachsenring and a bit sad that Raceroom no longer has the full GTM grids - even without the Lambos it’s a superb field this year.
I like GT Masters too and wish to get the new cars and liveries from 2020 season. With new Evo versions from Audi, AMG and Bentley. In GTE class needs our Porsche RSR friends like Corvette C8R or BMW M8 GTE, please don´t let this great car in his class alone .
