Have you or a friend been suffering from error 17992 ? Be careful, the computer might be infected. I recommend running a full system scan with an anti-malware / anti-virus. Not a promoted message, but we have seen today that Malwarebytes managed to fix this problem for at least one user who had been infected with a threat called "Trojan.Agent.PrxySvrRST".
