Hi. First of all I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post my question. If it's not, please tell where I should post it. Going to the point, this morning I've been driving a few laps in the Mercedes AMG competitiom but my time doesn't appear in the leaderboard. On the other hand, while drivig, though I've improved my laptime several times, the phantom has kept being the same from the first lap. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your help. Best regards.
Did the time change in the top banner, on top of your screen? Yes = wait a moment, and then the time will update. The backend sometimes is a bit slow. No = connection error on your side.
Hi Robert. Please forgive me, I missed the notification of your message in my inbox. Thanks for your help but I have found the problem. It is because of my antivirus (Avast); I don't know exactly what it is doing but this issue only happens when I have the antivirus active. I will try to find a way to setup Avast so it doesn't interfere with R3E. I will let you know if I find out. Best regards.
