Seems to be rearing its ugly head just lately, can have the mouse lock up in the ui as someone joins a server or up to 2 seconds delay if on track, typically its only a micro stutter but has been much longer an some servers. Rotate from one race track to the next and the cursor can be virtually unusable as people join the next track. May just be my end.
