Problem Oculus CV1 blue shimmering blackouts in race

I have problem with the rift in R3E. When i race sometimes the view disapear and i have just a blue shimmering bakround. The view comes again but it is very anyoing because in the race the "blackouts" can produce crashes. The blackouts comes sometimes when i leave the Track. I have a W10 64 and a 980Ti. Hope aomeone can help to solve the problem.

post full pc specs/hardware ; full nvidia settings , full ingame graphic settings and somone may be able to help

My Spec are: W10 64, 980Ti, 32 MB RAM, Intel 4970k, newest NV Driver. Accu Force, HE Ultimade Pedals.

Nividia settings are standard. In game settings are medium-high. I try every combination, the problem is still there
