cpu slightly yes. But thats been for years

 

Have never done much RR multiplayer but was having lockups on iRacing with minor overclocks. Went back to normal cpu settings and never had an issue again. May be worth trying of you have an issue again.

 

That happens when you bound a key for the ignition and want to refuel. You don't need to do it if you unbind the respective keys.

unbind starter key - engine starts on throttle
unbind ignition key - ignition turns off on pitstop
