You can't change your vote. Your vote is not public. Some advantages of Hillclimb tracks: As with the two already available, they may be fictional and require no license. No time-consuming job with AI. They do not compete for the space on the MP list. The cars could be unbalanced (no BoP).The cars do not have to match each other or belong to the same class. A class with big variarity could be made. Even the 722 gt could be placed here. But the question is do we want more of them? Do they belong in R3E or are the Hillclimb tracks just a remnant from the early days of R3E? Mercedes SLR McLaren 722 GT at Goodwood Hillclimb.
I wonder if there would be a lot more interest if there was a multiplayer mode with staggered starts (and ghosting option).
Only if they're real and preferably gnarly, potholed, leaf strewn (wet if British) seat of the pants, hell rides, else why bother!
Somewhere in the Quantocks, Goosecreature ? I didn't vote, because despite agreeing with Turbo Snail, and despite really liking the two hill climbs and 2 hill plummets that we already have, I just don't drive them. I think the trouble is, they are 'hidden' within the game, and I just don't think about them when deciding where to race - a splash screen to remind me every few times I load the game would be great. 1 extra feature they could add to make it even better would be a roundabout or equivalent at the top to allow us to drive back down as part of the same run- that adds another layout with almost no effort! (Or maybe quite a lot, I don't work for S3S!)
I'd love to see Targa Florio added. @Georg Ortner you used to have awesome vids from Rfactor1 of this track that I loved. Please please bring this into the game!
