No offense to whoever... But the free weekends are great i think! Can you have a nice race when "experienced"? No not really. But i went in some races(yup, qualify was difficult lol ) and only see poeple shout and rant on poeple who cant drive... You could know it when entering..... I guess its best to help poeple out instead of shouting, and they feel welcome in RR. The more players the better. Let them come sector 3... Good way to let poeple see how awesome this sim is.
agree, but you cant do that with no chatbox... and with the current non-chatbox only thing u can do is shout. in general the free weekend was great, although i own the car and the track for sometime, it was nice to have full servers all weekend. No need to look-out for populated enough servers in usual days. Only thing need improvement in my opinion is more servers for the specific car-track on free-weekend. There was only one RR server for that and 2 more private but all 3 were full almost all the time. No need a lot more just to react to the demand
I also had fun playing this free weekend. Full grids with all driving levels, 15 to 40 minutes races, full flags, blue, white, yellow... triggering several times each lap and every thing worked like a charm(*) from my point of view, and drivers were mostly fair play. Also some occasions to see that an in-game spotter for side by side would help to get cleaner races. (*) hmm, except for this smoke thing that never disappear and the freezes that are still not solved...
iRacing has one. It also has the option to turn it off. I did. Also in game voice chat. It also has the option to turn it off. I always do when the start lights appear. Just saying.
S3, long time no free weekend... How about Silverstone+FRX17 for this weekend ? The FRX had a lot of hype around it when introduced, but now the FRX MP servers are empty. Time to attract new player to this masterpiece
It would be nice if we get more frequent free weekend. I would love to try out more cars that I'll usually don't try, like the Tatuus F4 is one of my favorite car in the game now after the free weekend introduced it to me.
