Quick Reifendiscount, Funcompany, Lindner Hotels, KW and RaceRoom are proud to present a very special event: The Quick Reifendiscount Cup, a simracing competition with prizes worth 10 000 €, taking place at the RaceRoom Café Nürburgring on September 16th and 17th. This is an onsite event at the Nürburgring and not an online competition. Our brand new Porsche 911 GT3 Cup will be the car of choice. This is the first oppurtunity ever to drive a Porsche in RaceRoom. The track is Nürburgring (Short layout). In our time attack competition that lasts both days, you can win cash prizes and RaceRoom vouchers, with a prize split for the top 20 drivers. In addition, you can qualify for the multiplayer races on both days, with even more exciting prizes! Please note that there is an entry fee of 10 € per 12 minute leaderboard session. If you qualify for the multiplayer race, the participation in the race is free. RULEBOOK Version 1.0 The races are streamed live online, on the Facebook page of Quick Reifendiscount as well as on the YouTube Channel of the RaceRoom Café, with German commentary. There will also be a separate competition at the same date, with the Audi TT RS around the Nordschleife. RaceRoom is teaming up with Pro Handicap e.V., an initiative that supports the integration of disabled people into society. They are entering an Audi TT in the VLN (Nordschleife endurance championship) – and the fastest driver will win a taxi ride around the Nordschleife in that car. We also give out additional RaceRoom redeem codes via random draw. 50 percent of the revenue will be donated to Pro Handicap e.V. Make sure to check out our special hardware and game offers in the RaceRoom Café too. And if that's not enough, you can visit the Blancpain series that is coming to the Nürburgring on the same weekend. More information will follow soon!
saturday's race had a perfect photo finish.. I'm deeply impressed of how civilized and fair the whole race was, including giving back an unfair gained position. Kudos to all participants and the organisation members.
Ok great but the car itself? Credible handling for a Porsche? Can't wait testing it with this promising onboard sound.
Thank you all for coming! It was really fun, we had two exciting races, a lot of drama on the leaderboard and especially it was nice to see a lot of you in person. We also gained a lot of valuable feedback about the car. Special thanks to Christof Pruski from Quick Reifendiscount who helped us a lot to make this possible. And to everyone else who helped to make this happen: Thomas Bienert, Sebastian Gerhart, Lindner, Funcompany, KW and of course Tim and his RaceRoom Café team! Over the next days, we will take care of everything - pictures, detailed results, handling the prizes and so on. So please stay patient! For now you can watch the streams here (unfortunately not perfect sound, but the racing will make up for it): Race 1 Race 2
