    Hello,

    I have low fps,

-Cpu utilisation is not good as you can see and have fps drops.
    -Gpu low usage.

I have the same FPS in low setting than HIGH setting.
    I'm on triple screen.

Forza 7 is on ultra at 60fps

I have MSI 970a-g46, 16GB RAM, TX750W power supply Corsair.

CPU limited ? why CPU run on 3cores only ?

odd you should run this easy.
I get 140+ fps almost everywhere.
And like you Forza 7 for on ultra is very smooth.

But with that said. Next patch coming soon™ will have 64bits so it might fix a thing or two for you.

Okay there is sth wrong with ur settings! I have a r290x 8GB and run triple screen with ~60FPS on mostly High settings. Try to reset your settings and take a look into your AMD profiler!

There is sth strange with ur MHZ load of the GPU, just 7xxMHZ.

Do you have a dedicated graphics card in your computer? You didnt list anything, so it doesnt sound like you do?

Try setting your graphics/PCE to generation 2 in bios
It's not a huge performance hit but it doesn't help in every hardware environment

...and while in BIOS, check your CPU settings (set all of them to always on)

Yes it's like card is sleeping ^^
    On forza 7 1040Mhz
Not this setting in my BIOS, my Motherboard don't have 3.0 PCI-e only 2.1 PCI-e

But i think CPU is limited with only 3 cores in game, it's normal ?

Gen 2 or 3 does not mean PCI-e 2 or 3. I think it's how your graphics card is treated by BIOS.

For best performance, all cores should be enabled

ok i will check more options...

All cores are enabled in Forza 7, F1 2016 for exemple, but not in raceroom why?

You will never get every core enabled with Raceroom. The Engine is a DirectX9-Engine which isn't that good in multithreading and so the game just utilizes mainly one core... So more cores doesn't help and in fact that was named as a reason that your old cpu wasn't performing that good.

nevertheless your system should be capable to achive some more fps...

one thing you should check is the settings in the graphics-driver. With Nvidia-Cards you have an option to run the GPU always in performance-mode with the max Clock-Speed and not with lower-clock-speed when not needed. Sometimes games don't activate such a performance-mode...

Max clock speed = 0% load

    Cpu limited because

-Lonely on track high setting AA X16 : av70 fps clocks 1040mhz load 100%
    -40 IA high setting AA X16 : av27 fps clocks 700-800 load 50%

    Baaaad:(

Try setting high performance mode in your power management settings.
Pretty sure you can force 100% gpu power mode in msi afterburner, dont quote me.

Hm that sounds definitely about a BUG or a dysfunctional thing. Because with my system specs i can run the game without any problems and on good Mid/high settings. Please try to figure out what is in your AMD CP. Do you have a Profile created in the AMD CP (control panel) or sth else? Or do you run the MSI Afterburner, when yes please go to the overclock settings and force the MHz count to 1020MHz.
I know its possible to create in the AMD cp per each game a different overclock profile, at least it was possible in the past how i know.
Can you upload a picture of your AMD Settings (Games/raceroom)?

Mistakes can happen the best of us :D

I had the same problem with an AMD-FX.
    Low cpu and gpu usage.
Fixed it by Changing PCI-e to gen 2 in Bios.
(maybe it's hidden somewhere behind an setting that can be set to 'manual')
Now my CPU was sweating like a rhino and gpu was at about 90%.
Changed to an I7. All is running max mode now.
