But is the sound suppose to simulate from inside the cockpit or from what the driver would hear inside a helmet... I myself would like the most loud and raw sound as possible, hence why I sometimes drive from the swingman view - love that sound!

Thing I love about the C7 GT3-R in R3E, is that I can actually hear the engine even with other cars around. The Z06 Corvette in R3E, I liked the throaty sound; but it was so low, I could barely hear it. Great job Sector 3!!

There's loads of indicator lights, which one are you looking for?

Go to 1:50 to see the dashboard in action.

I don't think there are many race cars that have such an indicator, especially all those that use a dedicated data display like this one.
Why would you need that, the headlamps are always on.

You can't switch off the headlights anyway, so what's the point?

Oh, you can - but that wouldn‘t be very productive... if you switch off the ignition, the headlight is out... well, your engine, too - but that was not the question ^^

You can switch the headlight on and off by the headlight button. Some funny online guys use this tacticts to unsettle the guy who is racing in front of them just before crashing themselves.

It was no insulting or something else. question was just of there is somewhere a small indicator if its on or off.

Speaking of that, will we ever be able to switch the headlights off? I mean it's clearly very do-able. I know it's just an aesthetic thing but it would be cool to have the choice to run with or without headlights. Same with working wipers - just a nice touch.

Map a button and switch it off. Where is your problem?

you cannot switch it off. you only can flash it. you have to hold the button to flash the lights, but it's not possible to switch them off when you press the button once.

Fyi, the "flash headlights" function has been altered slightly to make it easier to use.
Now the lights will flash for 2 seconds if you simply tap the "flash" button and holding it down will make them flash longer. No more need to hold the button down every time.
