    Hi all,

i'm experiencing a little issue with my dedicated server.
I moved my dedicated server to more powerfull hardware this morning, and everything is working fine so far.
Server shows up in the Lobby, you can join, drive, everything as expected.

The only thing is, the dedicated server interface won't let me change the Server Image.
I can upload the image and it will show up, see picture 1.

As soon as i hit save, the image will vanish. It's still there, kind of, it just doesn't show (pic2).

In the ingame-Lobby it will just show a black panel.

    Server is a fresh Windows Server 2016 Standard i installed this morgning(old one was a 2008 R2).
I tried Firefox, Chrome and even Internet Explorer.
It is the exact same picture i used on the old server.

Anyone has an idea why this is happening?

    Best Regards

Had some issues with a server on Monday. I am guessing it works now?

Oh hi, forgot that i posted here :D

    Yeah, i solved the issue.
I reinstalled some runtimes (although i had already done that before, obviously something went wrong with the first installation) and that solved the issue.
Can't say wich of these runtimes it was unfortunately, because i used an all-in-one installer package. Could be .NET, Java, Visual C++, Flash or Shockwave (i would exclude Flash and Shockwave, i can't imagine what these two have to do with this kind of problem).

Thanks for your reply anyway =)

did you check ingame if the pictures are shown on the multiplayer-list?
it happens to me from time to time, that the server interface doesn't show them, but they are correctly shown ingame.

are they in the correct format?
    so 460x160 pixels?
If you tried uploading them as png, try jpg.
At least these settings worked for me. Also, i'm using Firefox to administrate my servers, but should also work with chrome... give FF a try if it doesn't work.

Last thing i could possibly ask is whether you have started the server-process as administrator...

If that's a yes, i'm out of ideas, sorry =/

I just tried it myself on one of my servers.
I'm back to my old behaviour which i explained in my opening post of this thread.
I can save the images in the server manager, but they don't show up neither on the server manager page nor the ingame lobby.

Proof/Example: Type "Raabe" into the filter-box in the lobby, you will find 3 servers.
Both VLN-Servers show the image, i changed these pictures some weeks ago, they are working fine ingame (not showing on the server management page as stated in the first post).
The Macau server doesn't show the picture ingame, same for the server management page.
It's exactly the same thing i had in April...

Mmmh are you having the same problems? Someone in a previous post up there seems to have solved it by installing .net. Could be something there?

    Still not fixed...
Is there a way to remove the "Resolved" tag from this as it's not?

    Hi,
Same issue here. We are running several dedicated on the same Windows server for my league, I can't find why some instances can save the image, and some other can't.
