Resolved View switch, if entering pit lane

Hi,

I have a problem if I enter the pit lane. If I pass the pit entry my view is switching from cockpit to bumper view.

Not tested with other cars, is this a bug? Or related to setting option?

 

Could you please provide a time where it happens? 90 minute video is bit too long to scan for the issue.

For whatever reason timestamps don't work here, sadly.

Did it only happens this once or every time, and if it keeps happening, does it only happen on Moscow or on all tracks?

I cann't tell you the right date I saw this the first time. And I have no onboard videos before. But if I get it right, It was not happend before: 24.09. (that is sure) maybe started around 15.10.2017, 22.10.2017. If there was an update this may be a hint. As I remember right it is not happen all the time, but most of the time. If I hit a server and it happens the first time I enter the pit lane, it happend every time (for this session). Hope this is helping.

 

ok, found the reason. CrewChief is doing this. Without it is working like it should.

 

Disable cc pit macros or change the in game key assignment for the change view action. Cc will, by default, press a key (I think it's e) when you enter the pits

On E I change my View , and on Q set the seat position. So moved both key to another key and now it is fine thx for help

I thought that Christian has the rights to do that.

 

Bubbles has no rights here as he uses a joypad to drive!
