I'm wondering why the R3E car is faster than the IRL one. I see the Nordschleife IRL record is 7.42 and in game I did 7.13 and it's not even a fast time.
On the 7.42 record's car page I see the same data for IRL and R3E car except the IRL one has 40 Kg more.
Maybe tires are not the same?
    Can someone clear this? :)

That's the Cayman GT4 but not the Cayman GT4 Clubsport?

Just checked GT4 Clubsport qualifying times of randomly chosen VLN races, fastest Cayman was doing about 8:42, current leaderboard leader (not much times on the leaderboard, but Pache is quite fast I'd say) is at 8:36.9, so that's pretty close.

Oh yes I forgot about those modifications, that explains the 40 Kg less. :)

Reading here that the IRL ClubSport Nordschleife common time is 7.10, so that's a good comparaison with R3E. :)

But what makes the time difference so huge between base GT4 and ClubSport? ClubSport Specs are here but I can't find the same for the base GT4. Maybe brakes and tires are different?

The Cayman GT4 is just a sporty road-car... so not optimized for racing... so yes, different tires (and lightweight-rims) alone make a huge difference. Reduced weight, Raceing-Brake, race-Suspension and a bigger rearwing helps, too.

No, I did the same mistake when posting my first message (and edited it after).
    Power/Weight is the power per ton. (385/1340) * 1000 = 287 ps/ton. ;)

That's wrong. The Cayman GT4 Road Version has the same 3,8 liters boxer with 385hp. It must be a typo in your picture.

The cars have the same power. The main difference we will feel is with the tires, brakes, weight, and transmission.

Here is the Clubsport from GMG's Open House last year. Notice the 18" slicks and vented brakes:

    Weight reduction and PDK transmission:

For reference, my car, with 20" wheels, drilled brakes, and Cup2s:

Has there been any info/rumor already, about when the skin pack for the small Porsche can be expected? :)
(I know, it is ready, when it is ready, but maybe it was mentioned on one of the streams)

Look what i found at http://www.muehlner-motorsport.com/, if this isn't one of the soon^^ to be released Cayman liveries... (Unfortunately it's one of those already shown in the opener)

I remember @Georg Ortner saying in his RRVLN-livestream that the liveries will most probably be there before RRVLN starts. But I can't say if this can be considered an official confirmation. Could as well be guesswork on his side too.

That's all I know about it.

Thanks Arthur, that's the kind of info I was hoping for. Though not the schedule I was wishing for, as March is still a long way to go :(

I took the camber to almost max and dropped the rear toe down to 36.
It really helped in handling and stopped the car stepping out all the time.
I just bought it yesterday for the rrvln and thought at first drive “no what’ve I done” but it’s fine now.

    Cheers
