Resolved All my purchased content is gone

Hi everybody,

as the title says all my purchased content is gone. At the moment I only own the free content. I already opened a ticket at the helpdesk but I'm curious to know if anybody else is affected or is it just me?

No problems on my side. But I just noticed that loading my Content-Overview in the Profile lead to a 404-Error.

I guess you already restarted the game or even your resetted your internet-connection?

 

Same problem here, all my purchased content says "Unknown purchase, content does not exist anymore"

 

Same here, i currently own no cars and no tracks???? Although i do, But RR dosnt seem to think so.


Big "ooops" going on somewhere

 

A very big oops. I've opened a support case, and i've tried relogging, checking on the website, restarting steam and verifying game cache, but no help.

 

Yep, some server issue it seems.

 

It will be a server problem of some sort no doubt. I also have no doubt that it is being looked at but obviously I have no idea how long it will take to fix.

Wonder if this is server load related.. Looking at Intel here.

 

Gotta love it, first time in 6 weeks ive been properly fit to have a race and RR nicks my content :-(

The techies have been informed, hopefully one of them can be bothered at a quarter to eleven in the evening.

If there are techies working on it tonight is there somewhere to donate to buy them a coffee/beer? I certainly appreciate it if they're working on it after hours.

 

Well, it seems *somebody* over there is on-line...though that doesn't have to mean too much.

 

Heh, don't know about them. But I work as a POS Interfaces / Database Administrator, I don't remember how it is should be called in english, but I am available for my company every day, for 24h, no matter what. I have to use VPN in order to connect to databases and server if necessary

Probably such company like S3E has few technicians who work the same.
