Some feature reguests here for the dedicated server. 1. Option to enable "Join in Warumup": This point will be very nice to avoid some frustrating league drivers Think this will by very important for leage races in two/three Race formats. Sometimes someone has technikal issues or disconnect and want to rejoin a league race on race 2. Maybe he loss the position, but better then nothing. 2. Mandotary Pitstop option per Race: Only doable without reversed grid and server restart. Will be nice for 2 Race formats with reversed grid. 3. Some more Grid options Like in WTCC: Reversed grid in race 1 depend on qualify. Or reversed grid in Race2 depend on qualifing instead of race 1.
Join in warmup should definitely be an option. Nothing more infuriating then when you have to restart your game at the end of qualification for two races separated by only a warmup session and don't make it back in time before the qualification turns over to warmup...no chance of getting back for the remainder of the event.
If I may also add a few points here... Which should be not that big deal: - forced view - forced gearbox (automatic / manual / h-shifter) - be able to choose cars as a complete class (not just the first class complete and then you have to add all other classes as individual cars) (perhaps something like multiple choice, cross cars and / or classes) - save and load the server configurations (independent of the IP) in a local file Would be nice to have such options in the server.
Some additional points Manually definable grid positions if a race needs to be restarted Performance weights Additional logfile content Server configuration definable by script. Query server status/data by script.
This is already possible, if you enable public access with the access file as described here. Without the access file only on local server. With this you can build you own external WebUI, automatic starts/stops and health checks (just look at XHR Requests on existing WebUI - its an unofficial API)
