Problem No way to make dedicated server respond

I tried everything, running the server on different machines, on my lan, even with all machines logged on my android, I can't make the server respond, what could I have done possibly wrong, I tried everything and couldn't find a way to play with my son. I need some help. Thanks.

Thank you fischhaltefolie, I haven't noticed you have posted a link to what I mentioned.

 

Well, with Christian Göpfert's workaround I'm only able to join the server from the computer where it's running, no way to access it from another one. Well It's official, I'm now desperate.

 

Ok, now everything works fine, my rooter had ping response turned off. Thank you for your help.
