Did you maybe (un)intentionaly map another key or pedal to mouse cursor movement? I figured out I had the same issue and the Dpad on my Fanatec wheel was constantly pointed downwards and thus making contact.

now I got the same problem after changing my Pedals. What an annoying bug. I already moved the control of profiles into a new folder but this didn't solve the problem the mouse is still moving downwards. When I disconnectonnect the new pedals it's working fine but how can I set up the new pedals ?

    Try this:
Click Windows start button -> Right-click 'Computer' and click 'Mannage'. -> Click 'Device Manager' and find 'Human Interface devices'.
Then right-click 'VJoy Virtual Joystick' and 'disable'.
    Resolved situation in our case.
