New versions of Paul Ricard

Many turns are not used on the Paul Ricard circuit ! Is it planned to propose new versions of the circuit ?

Hmm, there's 167 layouts for PR, which would you like to see added?

The general rule regarding tracks and layouts is that only tracks/layouts that are actively used in a somewhat major car racing series have a chance of being considered.

 

I think he might be on about the currently used one for F1, but I believe we already use that version..

 

Yes, F1 is using Solution 1C-V2, which is in RR already.

Maybe at some point when there's time and nothing new on the drawing board they'll take the chance to add more layouts to existing tracks, but for the time being all track-related work is concentrated on creating new tracks afaik.

The only layout I could think of that would be worth adding is the one used by the Blancpain GT Series - using the slower combination of T1 and T2 (like F1 does), but the Mistral Straight without the chicane.

 

Saw yesterday the new pit entering.
