Hello, I have just received my brand new wheel. It's a Fanatec CSL Elite PS4 / PC, with the 1.5 SQ shifter and CSP V3 pedals. Can somebody help me to find good ffb settings for my wheel please ? Thank you JF
The basic settings are a rather good starting point. There are only small changes to do if you really want .
Probably better to start with default to get a proper feel for the wheel, so you can understand how to improve the feel to better suit you and your driving style.
I ve tried to play Raceroom two days ago with the FRJ and I have a very bad feeling : when i turn, i feel like
I have this new setup since last thursday and i have just used it one hour on Assetto Corsa and Raceroom, to verify if all was right with the products. On AC, FFB was immediately quite good, but on Raceroom, it was very very hard to keep the car on the track. Don't know exactly how to explain it... When i turned left or right during turns, it was hard to bring back the wheel to the center. As if there was an assistance activated... Weird.
I found my problem ! I had to click on "Invert FFB effects" to obtain normal reactions from my wheel.
Now, i'm searching how to deactivate rev lamps on the CSL base, because I have lamps there, and lamps on the wheel too. Too many lamps, after 1/2 hour playing RRR, my eyes are bleeding.
http://www.fanaleds.com/ should have you covered there. http://www.eksimracing.com/new-slimax-manager-pro/ is another good option but perhaps a little more hands on than Fanaleds.
So you wasn't on default anymore, because inverted is enabled for this steering wheel in the defaults.
