Initial Thoughts

OMG, who the crap was in charge of setting up car selection in this game. It is a major mess. You have to know what you want before you select it and good luck with a "in your library" filter. Major mess; needs fixed

Why doesn't this have proper multi-screen support. I mean, yeah, it's pretty standard that multi-monitor support is not implemented well but, in this day of VR and multi-monitor users, you would think that game developers would have better, more robust in-game multi-monitor support (see X-Plane 11 for example of a good start on how this should be done.)
I HATE being forced to use the crappy NVidia surround.

Beginning the membership in a forum with a rant always works out.

 

I don't see what is the problem, it's similar to other games I use. You start by selecting a class, then select a car, then a livery.

Sometimes when giving feedback, it's very useful to include a proposed solution too.

 

Yeah, I can see how that wording could be seen as crazy aggressive. I have "rant posted" and can say in all honesty, I wasn't intending to rant. My feeling was more of bewilderment than rant.

Anyway, some kind of filter system that includes stuff like, gearbox type, own, open wheel, etc would be most helpful.

 

Such filters would be appreciated, I also can get frustrated to always click through the pages to reach my desired class and car.

 

I'd prefer if similar car classes were grouped together something like this. It would make it much easier to go through a number of pages in the class selector to find the one you want.

 

It would be nice to be able to arrange the different classes as you chose, or in the order of how often you use them. I always have to wade thru all the different pages of classes I do not use often, Scouts suggestion is a good one.

 

I think if the car-selection screen was a bit like this, choosing a category and then a specific class in that category, would be very nice to have. It's pages full of stuff now, so I get the frustration. I'm used to it so I know where every class is but i'd like something like this.

Same goes for tracks really, where we can choose a continent.. So lets say you pick Europe, then you can see all European tracks etc.

 

Just buttons to select the way to see them.

But why don't you put DTM92 into Classic then?

 

I looked at it and stopped caring so I put it with the rest of the DTM's lmao. Could go with both, who cares.
