Hello, since this morning, everytime I launch the game I've got an 'Error 13' message just after entering the game. Thanks.
yep same here i have done no system changes etc either. just ran an integrity check and all files validated. last time i played, i noticed the AI was real slow and i play on AAI all the time. So i went looking for the AI file that i read in a post to delete to reset the AI so when i went to the specified file path there was 2x installs ??? i never had installed it twice on the OS. weird!! so i deleted it in both folders, it ran fine afterwards and AI was back to kicking my Butt.
yep, keep getting Error 13 when i try and load the game, whether it be steam, disocrd or desktop it does it for all of them. Even with or without controller/wheel plugged in.
Hello, We're investigating, but it appears it's not always. If you keep trying you get through. Some service is timing out and we're looking into why.
I am having this issue too. It takes a very long time to get into raceroom (3 to 5 minutes) and sometimes not at all. Then when I do get in I get the Error 13 when on the multiplayer page. First appeared to me on Jan. 8 at 2pm EST then was fine later that evening. Was able get on with no problems on Thurs Jan 9th but now on the 10th I haven't been able to log on for 30 minutes.
Just an FYI @mjw9847 I ran the verify files in the Steam properties for R3E and although it did not solve the issue entirely of slow loading and ERROR 13 it did reduce the frequency.
